• Lanier HS was Recognized as an AP Access and Support School, AP Humanities School, AP Humanities Achievement School, AP School of Distinction, AP STEM School, and AP STEM Achievement School.
• Lanier High School was recognized as 1 of 209 schools globally that earned the College Board AP® Computer Science Female Diversity Award for achieving high female representation in AP Computer Science A.
• Lanier HS Band performed at the Naval Museum in Washington, D.C., and received the honor of students laying a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery during the Changing of the Guards.
• Class of 2023 was awarded more than $11 million in academic and athletic scholarships.
• Lanier HS Competition Cheer were Region 6A Champions and won 3rd in State.
• Lanier HS Bass Fishing Team are 2023 State Champs for the state of Georgia
• Lanier Women’s Underwater Robotics Team advances to the World Championship.
• Lanier HS had two students to qualify for the National Science Fair competition
• Lanier HS Men’s Basketball made it to the Final Four, with our head coach recognized as Region 6A Coach of the Year.
• Lanier HS was identified as one of Georgia’s 83 public schools that earned a College Success Award based on success in preparing students for college.
