    Dear Centerville Families, 

    Career Day will be held at Centerville E.S. on Wednesday, May 15th, and we need YOUR experiences! Whether you are a nurse, franchise owner, mechanic, business owner or whatever career you have we need you! 

    We are looking for a variety of people interested in spending a morning talking to our students about their career.  Many of our students are unaware of the vast career opportunities available to them, and this is a fantastic way to provide them with firsthand knowledge of potential career pathsThis is also a great way for you to get involved at Centerville E.S. and make an impact on the students’ futuresIf you are not interested but know someone who is, please give them (or us) the necessary contact information.

IMPORTANT UPDATES

  • Dear Parents/Guardians,

    Our 2023-2024 Georgia Milestones Assessment (GMAS) is quickly approaching.

    Our testing dates are as follows:

    · April 22nd – 24th: ELA (3rd – 5th grades)

    · April 25th & 26th: ELA makeups only

    · April 29th & 30th: Math (3rd – 5th grades)

    · May 1st: ELA and/or Math makeups only

    · May 2nd: Science (5th grade only)

    · May 3rd, 6th – 10th: Makeups for all content areas

    We will begin testing promptly at 8:30 a.m. each day. We ask that your child arrives at school on time and be ready for each assessment. To help your child prepare for success, we ask that your child gets a good night's rest, eats a good breakfast, and arrives at school early each morning.

Early Checkout

  • Checking A Student Out of School/Dismissal of Students

    1. The cut-off time for checking a student out of school early is 2:15PM.  Dismissal will only be allowed after 2:15PM in serious emergency situations (must be approved by an administrator). 
    2. A picture ID is required to check out a student.
    3. All students are to be checked out at the front reception desk.  Your child will be called for you. 
    4. In order to maintain a safe and security school, please do not go directly to the classroom.

Lunch

  • Full price student meals are $1.50 for breakfast and $2.25 for lunch.

    Reduced price student meals are $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch.

    Adult lunches are $4.00.
