The Office of Family Engagement in the Department of Federal Programs invites all families to join the ElementaryAKS Spotlight Family Night on January 23, 2025, from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM via Zoom.
During the Elementary AKS Spotlight Family Night, GCPS families of students in grades K-5 will receive information about the curriculum being taught in the classroom and learn strategies and activities to support their children at home.

Checking A Student Out of School/Dismissal of Students
The cut-off time for checking a student out of school early is 2:15PM. Dismissal will only be allowed after 2:15PM in serious emergency situations (must be approved by an administrator).
A picture ID is required to check out a student.
All students are to be checked out at the front reception desk. Your child will be called for you.
In order to maintain a safe and security school, please do not go directly to the classroom.
Lunch
Full price student meals are $1.75 for breakfast and $2.50 for lunch.
Reduced price student meals are $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch.
