  • Parent-Teacher Conferences

    It's time to schedule our Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences.  Conferences will be held the week of March 4th.  We will be using the PTCFast website.  You will be able to choose to have an In-Person Conference or a Digital Conference on Zoom.  

    Sign-ups are available from Friday, February 9th through Friday, March 1st.  To sign up, go to the PTCFast website.

    We look forward to discussing your child's progress with you!

  • Educational Effectiveness Survey (EES)

    Each year, to help improve our schools, Gwinnett County Public Schools collects feedback from our families about their school experience. The district will give the Educational Effectiveness Surveys (EES) to get feedback on nine characteristics of high-performing schools.

    Families may find a link to the survey in the Parent Portal, or use this link to access the 2023-24 Educational Effectiveness Family Survey.

  • Book It For the Bus!

    The 2024 GCPS Book Mobile 5K and Fun Run will be held on Saturday, May 4. 

    Book it for the bus! The 2024 GCPS Book Mobile 5K and Fun Run will be held on Saturday, May 4, at the GCPS Instructional Support Center, located at 437 Old Peachtree Road NW in Suwanee.

    The event will raise funds for the Book Mobile program to help get books in kids’ hands and promote the love of reading. A family-friendly atmosphere before and after the race features door prizes, snacks, music, and more!

  • February is CTAE Month

    In February, we celebrate Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) Month!

    Building a bright future for students starts with giving them the best possible education. #CTAEDelivers future-ready programs and real-world, experiential learning opportunities that provide numerous pathways to high-skill, high-wage, and in-demand careers!

    From healthcare and technology to welding and cosmetology, CTAE programs develop essential skills needed in today's workforce, from communication and teamwork to critical thinking and problem-solving. Students graduate with a head start, ready to pursue exciting careers, or further their education. When students complete a CTAE pathway in GCPS, those students graduate at a rate of 98.4%.

    Construir un futuro brillante para los estudiantes comienza por brindarles la mejor educación posible. #CTAE brinda programas preparados para el futuro y oportunidades de aprendizaje experiencial en el mundo real que ofrecen numerosos caminos hacia carreras de alta calificación, altos salarios y en demanda.

    Desde la salud y la tecnología hasta la soldadura y la cosmetología, los programas CTAE desarrollan habilidades esenciales necesarias en la fuerza laboral actual, desde la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo hasta el pensamiento crítico y la resolución de problemas. Los estudiantes se gradúan con una ventaja, listos para seguir carreras emocionantes o continuar su educación. Cuando los estudiantes completan una ruta CTAE en GCPS, esos estudiantes se gradúan a una tasa del 98,4%.
