- The Five Forks Middle School Vex Robotics team "Broncobots" advanced to Worlds for the third year in a row. Students traveled to Dallas, Texas, to compete against other teams from around the globe.

The Five Forks Middle School Art teacher, Stephanie Birmingham, was named the Georgia Art Education Association's Middle School Art Educator of the Year.

Seven Five Forks Middle School students had their work entered into the Shutter Sense and Nonsense Photography Show which was held in February. Additionally, two more of our students represented the arts in Gwinnett County with their artwork on display at the Capitol Art Exhibit in March.

Five Forks Middle School student, Theophilia Alese, advanced to the National PTA Reflections competition as a Merit Award winner in the area of Literature for her entry, "Inside the Library." She was recognized at the Area 1 PTA Awards dinner for her outstanding accomplishment.

Five Forks Middle School Media Specialist, Monica Brown, was awarded the Brookwood School Foundation grant, to enhance the learning hub of the school and make it an even more inviting place for teaching and learning.

A former Five Forks Middle School Bronco, Louis Harney, chose us for his Eagle Scout project! Louis is a member of Scout Pack 553, and decided that it was time for our outdoor nature walk/classroom to have a complete overhaul. It's beautiful!

Both the Five Forks Middle School Chorus and Orchestra earned straight superiors at their Large Group Performance Evaluations (LGPE)!

As part of our Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) program, teachers wrote more than 2,000 Positive Behavior Referrals recognizing students for showing the characteristics of Broncos C.A.R.E. - Community, Advocacy, Respect, and Engagement. Additionally, we held four Bronco Stores for students to spend their Bronco Bucks, which they earned for positive behavior!

At the Middle State Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Conference, student Prisha Patel was elected as the State's Vice President. She will represent Region 13 at the State Level.

For the third year in a row, our Five Forks Middle School Readers Rally students advanced to the Gwinnett County Public School (GCPS) competition held at the Instructional Support Center (ISC) District Office! This year, they earned a Wild Card spot.
- Five Forks Middle School was recognized by the Georgia Department of Education with Operational status for its implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in the last school year. PBIS encourages positive behaviors with recognition for students who exhibit appropriate school conduct.
