Registration for 2024-2025
During the week of January 29, your student’s teachers recommended core course placements for next year. Additionally, your student selected electives that he/she wishes to take for next year. Next week, students are finalizing the registration process, which means that their Guided Study teacher is verifying that students have the correct number of courses selected for next year and have chosen alternates.
By the end of next week (Friday, FEB 9), students should submit their registration sheet to their Guided Study teacher, and the curriculum office will begin to process all of the course requests.
Then, just before spring break, students will receive a course verification sheet in which they will verify that the processed course requests are the courses they want for next school year. If students need to make a change to their course requests, they should go to the Brookwood High School website under Academics → Registration → Rising 10th-12th Graders and complete the Course Request Change Form. This form should be submitted to the email address located on the form. Please remember that Brookwood High School does year-long scheduling. Thus, the courses selected will be the ones that students remain in for the entire 2024-2025 school year. Course request changes are due by May 31.
