The Student Government Association (SGA) is a premier opportunity for students at Brookwood High School to take on​ leadership opportunities and become involved in community service and school functions. SGA sponsors numerous fun initiatives throughout the school year, including fundraisers like the annual dance marathon for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the ever-popular Homecoming activities and the junior/senior prom. SGA members also participate in leadership activities through monthly meetings, SGA Fun Days and leadership workshops, and specialized committees. Officers are chosen in the spring of each year.

Eligibility: All students are encouraged to join.

Meetings: In the Theater and various locations.

Time Commitment: After school on one to two Wednesdays per month and for other special events.
