Students Withdrawing from Osborne Middle School
We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child.
1. Are you the enrolling parent? Only the enrolling parent can withdraw their child.
2. Returning Media Center Items.
Chromebooks, chargers and sleeves, and all media center books belonging to Osborne Middle School must be returned before a withdrawal can be completed. 3. MyPaymentsPlus Accounts
If you transfer to another GCPS school, your MyPaymentsPlus will transfer with you.
Should you be leaving GCPS,
Monies Owed to GCPS: Please visit your MyPaymentsPlus account to pay the outstanding balance.
Monies Owed to you: Be sure to visit the GCPS Nutrition Website and complete the SNP Account Refund Request Form.
4. Withdrawal Form and Photo ID
Please complete the withdrawal form:
In person - Please fill out the form at the front lobby desk. Remember to bring your photo ID. As a reminder, the enrolling parent must complete this form.
Online - Click here to access the form.
Complete the form and click on the submit button at the bottom of the form,( the online form will be sent directly to the registrar). Please scan and email a copy of your photo ID to paulette.reynolds@gcpsk12.org , to accompany your withdrawal request. Make sure to include your student's 'name/Withdrawal' in the Subject.
* If you plan to home shool your student/s, please note that you must also complete a Home Study Program Declaration of Intent. A copy of this completed form must accompany your withdrawal form.
5. Withdrawal Completion Process
Upon completion of the withdrawal form by the parent, the school will review the form and will contact the parent, if needed, for any missing information. You may pick up the completed Withdrawal Packet in person on your students' last day of school between 9am and 2pm unless otherwise specified.
