Community Schools are a vital part of Gwinnett County Public Schools and serve all members of the Gwinnett community. Our goal is to use existing facilities to meet the needs of our community. 

School facilities may be used during non-school hours in accordance with policy KG of the Gwinnett County Board of Education. School-sponsored activities always have first priority for use of school facilities.

For information about rentals and use, please contact the Community School Director in the Cluster for the school or facility you are interested in using. Provide the Community School Director with the following information: name of the group wishing to rent the facility, the purpose of the activity, the address and phone number of the person making the request, the date, time, and type of space requested, and the number of people who will participate.

At that time, the Community School Director can provide the person making the request with information on availability, rates, and other requirements of the rental agreement.
