The Board is committed to providing an environment free of sexual harassment and all forms of discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or disability. Academic success is maximized while studying in an environment that is conducive to the learning process.

It shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent or his/her designee to ensure that a procedure consistent with this policy and applicable law is implemented.
