Please see the attachment for step-by-step instructions on how to send your FINAL transcript to your college. Do NOT request your transcript until AFTER June 5th. There are instructions for seniors attending college in the state of Georgia, out of state, as well as dual enrollment.

Graduation Information
- Date: May 22, 2025
- Time: 8:30am
- Arrival: 6:30am
- Students who arrive late to the arena may not walk, so please plan to arrive early and plan for traffic.
Strict Rules for Graduation
- Only one key/fob allowed
- NO PHONES
- Provide your own transportation
Dress Code
- Girls
- Dark shoes (black or navy ONLY)
- Dress must be hidden by gown and cannot hang below the gown.
- Boys
- Dark dress pants (black or navy ONLY)

Marching Order
What is Marching Order?
Marching order is a new program that will be used by all Gwinnett County Public Schools for Graduation. This program will be how student names are read during the Graduation Ceremony.
Please note that it is REQUIRED for all students to complete in order to graduate. Failure to compelte may result in a student not being able to participate in the ceremony.

Senior dues pay for graduation attire (cap, gown, stole, and tassel). In addition, the dues pay for the diploma, diploma cover, graduation program, the costs for graduation, memory boards, and other senior events and activities (which will occur throughout the 2023-2024 school year).

Senior dues pay for your student's high school diploma, diploma cover, graduation program, the costs for graduation, memory boards, and other senior events and activities (which will occur throughout the 2024-2025 school year).
Dates to keep in mind regarding Senior Dues:
- Dues will increase by $25 on February 1, 2025.
- Orders must be placed by February 28, 2025 to receive senior shirt and yard sign.

Senior Letters
Due Date: April 16, 2025
Who can write letters?
Parents/Guardians, siblings, grandparents, extended family, friends, coaches, teachers, mentors, or anyone who has support your senior achieving this milestone.
How do I deliver letters for my senior?
Place it in an envelope with the student's legal first and last name. Please not that senior letters may not be emailed.
Letters may be dropped off at Seckinger High School in the Main Office (front of building), Attendance Office (back of building), or letters may be mailed in to:

GA Futures Senior Information
1. Complete the Online Georgia Student Finance Application (Gsfapp)
- The Gsfapp Is How They Can Apply for Hope Scholarship or Grant, Zell Miller Scholarship or Grant, and (If Attending an Eligible Private College) the Tuition Equalization Grant.
- The Gsfapp Can Be Completed in 3-5 Minutes and Is Good for 10 Years.
2. Check Their Current Hope/Zell Miller Scholarship Gpa Calculation in Their Gafutures Dashboard Through the My High School Hope Gpa Tab.
3. Complete 2025-26 Fafsa – Check out the Information in Gafutures to Get Started
*Students Must Have a Gafutures Student Account to Access the Gsfapp and Their High School Hope Gpa. Their Profile Must Include Their Correct Name, High School Name, Address, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number.
