Initial and Mid-Year Transcript Request Process

How to send transcripts to colleges on Common App through Naviance:
- Match your Naviance and Common App accounts (you’ll need to create a Common App account and complete the FERPA waiver in Common App first).
How to send transcripts to non-Common App schools through Naviance:
- Use the + at the top of the page to add non-Common App colleges. Mark these schools as applying “directly to the institution.”
How to send transcripts to colleges in Georgia when applying directly to the colleges
- Create or Log into your GA Futures account. Follow the directions on GA Futures. The student's SSN must be on file with the school.
How to request a hard copy of a transcript
- Transcripts can be mailed via USPS or picked up from the Registrar’s office by the student or parent.
- Submit the request through MyPaymentsPlus. Each hard copy will cost $5
- Please allow 24-hour turnaround time.
Final Transcript Request Process

Attending a GA College or University...Request through GAFutures.org after June 12, 2024.(SSN must already be on file with Dacula HS to use this option)NAVIANCE WILL NOT BE USED FOR FINAL TRANSCRIPTS.For Mailed Transcript...Pay for FINAL transcript through MyPayments Plus.comSelect whether you'll pickup the transcript, or you'd like the transcript mailed.If mail is selected: include the COMPLETE address of the Admissions Office where it should be mailed.Final transcript will be available beginning June 12. Allow 48 hours to pick-up transcript from DHS Main office.NAVIANCE WILL NOT BE USED FOR FINAL TRANSCRIPTS.
