    In ParentVUE you view enrollment records and progress:

    • See attendance records.
    • Review academic progress and grades.
    • Check class schedules and course history.
    • See graduation requirements and status.
    • Translate information into your preferred language.
    • See records for all your children at any GCPS school with a single login. 
     
     

    To change your phone number(s), mailing address or email addresses

    Phone numbers and student's nickname
    Parents can update student's home phone number and emergency contacts through ParentVUE. They can also update the student nickname.
     
    Home address and email address
    Parents cannot change a home address on ParentVUE. That has to be done in person with supporting documents that the school places on file.
     
    Email changes also have to be done in person.

  • Logging into ParentVUE

    The ParentVUE mobile app is available in the Google Play store for Android Devices and the App Store for Apple (iOS) devices.

    Once the app is downloaded, open it and swipe left to choose your school district.  If enabled, the app will use location services to find the closest districts, but you can also enter your zip code to search.

    You can log into the ParentVUE App with the same information you use to log into ParentVUE on a computer or mobile browser.  The User name is your email address on record with the school.  If you have not logged into ParentVUE or forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address.  A reset email with instructions will then be sent.  If, for any reason, you still are unable to log in, please get in touch with your local school for more assistance.
