The Research Process

We use the WISE Research Model. We wonder, investigate, synthesize, and express our findings using a wide range of digital tools. I created the following video to introduce our students to the WISE Research Model. 

Through the years, our First Lego League Teams have won the Project Innovation Award at Regional, Super-Regional, and State Tournaments. The students follow the WISE Research Model and the problem addresses a real world problem. 

Our Into Orbit Team created a way to decrease osteoporosis in Space. Aside from winning at Regionals and Super-Regionals, they won the Global Innovation Award for the state of Georgia.     

Our Cargo Connect Team found a way to get goods to remote locations in Ethiopia. Their project won at Regionals and Super-Regionals.
