Seniors who require a counselor recommendation letter for college applications need to complete the senior profile form and return to your assigned counselor.  Click on the image to download the senior profile form. 

Please provide your counselor with at least two weeks notice to complete your letter of recommendation. Counselors will not be completing letters during school breaks; therefore, please account for that time.
