Mu Alpha Theta

Mu Alpha Theta, the National High School and Two-Year College Mathematics Honor Society, was formed in 1957 at the University of Oklahoma. We are dedicated to inspiring a keen interest in mathematics, developing strong scholarship in the subject, and promoting the enjoyment of mathematics in high school and two-year college students.

Mu Alpha Theta Points System
In order to be a member in good standing of Mu Alpha Theta, members must acquire 31 points across the entire school year AND attend at least 3 of the monthly meetings of the club held on the first Tuesday of each month. Seniors must meet these requirements in order to receive a cord for graduation.
The list of activities below is subject to change and be updated. Members will be informed of any additional activities at meetings as necessary.
