• DACULA HIGH SCHOOL ENROLLMENT

    FOR 2023-24 NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT, please call 770-513-2357 or 770-338-4676 to schedule a registration appointment.

    Rising 9th grade students from Dacula Middle School do not need to schedule an enrollment appointment.  If student is coming from another middle school, an enrollment appointment is required.

    Walk-in enrollment is available, beginning January 4 on Regular School Days between 7am-1pm.  There is no guarantee on wait time for walk-in enrollment.

    International students should first schedule an appointment with the International Newcomer Center at 678-985-5200.If transferring from another Gwinnett County School, it is a requirement that the student is withdrawn from the previous school prior to formal registration at Dacula High School.  Remember to return any devices/textbooks/library books that were borrowed to the previous school. 

    WHAT SCHOOL SHOULD MY STUDENT ATTEND?  Students attend the school that is zoned for their regular, nighttime residence.  https://locator.apps.gcpsk12.org/Eligibility.aspx

  • IF STUDENT IS BRAND NEW TO GWINNETT COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS:

    1. Review instructions for GCPS online registration:   CLICK HERE FOR INSTRUCTIONS for Online Enrollment
    2. CLICK HERE to complete GCPS Online Registration
    3. Any documents that are not uploaded during Online Enrollment should be carried-in for the face-to-face meeting and we'll make copies. 2023-24 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS for Student Registration 
    4. Appointments for the face-to-face meeting can be made by calling 770-513-2357 or e-mail your request to tammi.boswell@gcpsk12.org
    5. Walk-in enrollment is available during regular school hours between 7am-1pm.  There is no guarantee on wait times for walk-in enrollment.
    6. Bring Required Documents, withdrawal from previous school, and  an unofficial transcript or report card to appointment, if possible.
    7. If student has an IEP, bring copy of IEP and IEP Eligibility to appointment. (Important, if coming from outside Gwinnett County Public Schools)
    8. A Georgia 3231 Immunization Record will be required for your student within 30 days of enrollment if your student is new to the state of Georgia.
    9. A Georgia 3231 Immunization Record will be immediately required for enrollment if your student is coming from another school, in the state of Georgia.
  • IF STUDENT IS TRANSFERRING TO DACULA FROM ANOTHER GWINNETT COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL: 

    1. Withdraw from last Gwinnett County Public School (return borrowed device/textbooks/library books).
    2. Call for registration appointment at 770-513-2357 or e-mail Tammi.boswell@gcpsk12.org
    3. Walk-in enrollment is available during regular school days between 7am-1pm.  There is no guarantee of wait time for walk-in enrollment.
    4. Follow instructions for GCPS online Registration:  NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION GUIDE
    5. Bring both, required Proof of Residency documents from last Gwinnett County Public School to the appointment:   REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (English)  /  REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (Spanish) 
    6. A current Georgia 3231 Immunization Record is required.
    7. Parent/Guardian Should bring photo ID.
    8. Plan to bring new student to appointment.
  • IF STUDENT PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED A GWINNETT COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL (but, not most recent school of attendance):

    1. Gather 2023-24 Required Documents for School Registration and schedule registration appointment by calling 770-513-2357 or e-mail tammi.boswell@gcpsk12.org
    2. Walk-in enrollment is available during regular school days between 7am-1:00pm.  There is no guarantee of wait time during walk-in enrollment.
    3. Follow instructions for GCPS online Registration:  Online Registration Instructions
    4. Bring Withdrawal from previous school with copy of Transcript or Report Card.
    5. If student has an IEP, bring copy of IEP and IEP Eligibility.
    6. A current Georgia 3231 Immunization Record is required.
