  • In harmony with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Dacula High School’s Special Education Department is committed to working with students and their families to provide an equitable, compassionate, and academically/vocationally challenging learning environment for all students receiving special education services. We are committed to being an integral and productive part of students’ transitions to adulthood and encourage student and family participation in this journey. As a team, parents, teachers and students work collaboratively to ensure that upon graduation, students attain independence and self-sufficiency based on their needs and post-secondary preferences.
