Dr. Kenyada Jackson

Principal

My name is Kenyada M. Jackson and I'm excited about being the new principal at Couch Middle School. I want to take a brief moment to share some information about myself so we can get to know one another. I was born and raised in Georgia, specifically Fort Valley, home of "The" Fort Valley State University and Blue Bird Bus Corporation. I love everything GA from peach cobbler and apple pie to the Coca Cola factory, to the ATL Braves, UGA Bulldogs, and of course the best football team ever the Atlanta Falcons-win or lose, these are my teams.

I have attended and earned degrees from Mercer University, Georgia College & State University, and Walden University. This is my 19th year in education, and I have had the pleasure of starting my educational journey in Bibb County schools in Macon, GA. Following Bibb Co., I worked in multiple clusters throughout Gwinnett County-Shiloh, Grayson, Norcross, Discovery and now I’m back home in Grayson. My wonderful husband and 3 beautiful children have lived in the Grayson/Loganville area since July 2007. This is the area we have chosen to live, grow, build community, and fellowship.

I look forward to working closely with the students, parents, and staff of Couch Middle School. Please do not hesitate to contact me for questions or concerns.
