  • Art Club

    Description - Art Club is an extension of the art classroom and it will be stagecraft themed this year. We will learn how to create props and backdrops for theater productions. We will create pieces for the December musical. Students are expected to have excellent behavior both in Art Club and in class.

    Description - Harmony Chorus is an extension of the music curriculum with an emphasis on vocal performance skills. Students are expected to have excellent behavior, attendance, and ready to sing! Audition required with Ms. Lee.

  • Culture Club

    Description: Every other Friday, this group of 5th grade students will work together to plan school-wide events and initiatives to celebrate the rich cultural backgrounds our students represent.

  • Drama Club

    Description - Drama Club is an extension of the theatre classroom. We will learn how to act and perform on stage. We will practice parts for the Students are expected to have excellent behavior both in Drama Club and in class. Auditions are required for acceptance.

  • FLL Robotics Challenge Team

    Description: Friendly competition is at the heart of Challenge as teams of students engage in research, problem-solving, coding, and engineering - building and programming a LEGO robot that navigates the missions of a robot game.

  • FLL Robotics Explore Team

    Description - Robotics: FIRST LEGO League Explore teams of students ages 6-10 focus on the fundamentals of engineering as they explore real-world problems, learn to design and code and create unique solutions made with LEGO bricks and powered by a LEGO Education robot.

  • Junior Beta Club

    Description - Junior Beta is a club that fosters leadership through service. It is an invitation only club based on grades and behavior, aligned with National Beta standards. The team meets monthly to learn about service and leadership, and members also volunteer to help others in the community.

  • Orff Ensemble

    Description - Harmony Orff Ensemble is an extension of the music curriculum with an emphasis on performance skills in playing various percussion instruments such as glockenspiels, xylophones, metallophones, and various non-pitched percussion. Students are expected to have excellent behavior, attendance, and be ready to advance as instrumentalists! Audition required with Ms. Lee.

  • Pet Club

    Description - Animal lovers, we are looking for you! Do you want to bring your pet to the pet club? Please be sure your pet is docile and comfortable around kids and know that our pet club will meet twice per month. On the morning that you bring your pet, your parent will attend pet club to help you handle your pet.

    Requirement: You must own a pet to be in pet club, and be willing to bring your pet one time during the school year.

  • Poetry Club

    Description - Harmony's poetry club meets weekly to enjoy, learn about, and compose a wide variety of poetry. We use examples of poems and technology to shape and publish our own ideas. At the end of our club, we celebrate with a poetry reading when all of our young poets will share their work!

  • Readers Rally

    Description - Readers Rally is a reading quiz bowl style competition for students in grades four and five. Students read books from a predetermined list and answer questions about those books. Each Gwinnett County school may send one team of up to 10 players to the Gwinnett County Readers Rally competition in February.

  • Student Ambassadors

    Description: Harmony Student Ambassadors are the service leaders of the school. We select 5th grade students who are interested in helping with service projects within the school, providing tours to the school, helping new students, and greeting visitors at events. Harmony Ambassadors are the first face of the school! Students apply and serve each semester.
