    Description: The primary purpose of the basketball player is to be a member of the team, which has as its goals the support of middle school athletics and the institution.  

    Mission/Purpose: Being a basketball player is an honor and special privilege.  It’s a spirited, talented groups exist to promote good sportsmanship, good citizenship, wholesome and enthusiastic school spirit, and are first and foremost representatives of their school. Members of these groups have a fundamental responsibility to play a leadership role in building teamwork and helping the players to be expected to maintain a higher standard of behavior both on and off campus and academic achievement of their peers

    Location: Boys' Gym

    Games on Thursdays at 5 PM or Saturdays at 9 AM based on the schedule.

  • Cheerleading

    Location: Practice Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 4:30 -6:30 PM in the gym.

    Description: The primary purpose of coed cheerleading is to be a member of the team, which has as its goals the support of middle school athletics and the institution.  

    Mission/Purpose: Being a cheerleader is an honor and special privilege. Cheerleaders and spirit groups exist to promote good sportsmanship, good citizenship, wholesome and enthusiastic school spirit, and are first and foremost representatives of their school. Members of these groups have a fundamental responsibility to play a leadership role in building teamwork and helping the cheerleading squad will be expected to maintain a higher standard of behavior both on and off campus and academic achievement of their peers

  • Cross Country

    Who: Any student interested in running cross country in 6th, 7th or 8th grade. This is a great way to get in shape and make new friends, so come see what XC is all about!
    Sponsors: Brittany Agee & Siedah Carignan
    Locations: See sponsors for location. Wednesdays Through Thursdays 4:30 - 6 PM.
    Description: A coed sport that involves running over long distances across outdoor courses over natural terrain. 
    Mission/Purpose: Cross country is a sport that brings students together and can improve physical, social and emotional health through running.

    Friday 7:15AM in the boys gym or 4:30-6PM / Some Thursdays

    ** Boys' and girls' team alternate AM then PM practice once per week.

    Description: Students in 6, 7, and 8 will come together to play and develop skills to play soccer on teams in an organized format.

    Mission/Purpose: The purpose of the soccer club is to provide an opportunity for students who enjoy playing soccer to come together for organized and friendly game play, also students will develop cardiovascular fitness and teamwork skills in the course of playing soccer

    Affiliation: There is no outside affiliation

    Description: The primary purpose of girls' volleyball is to belong, having a purpose, a team member, supporting each other, working together, sportsmanship, leadership by learning to follow first, dependable, and talented.

    Mission/Purpose: Being a volleyball player is an honor and special privilege.  It’s a spirited, talented groups existing to promote good sportsmanship, good citizenship, wholesome and enthusiastic school spirit, and are first and foremost representatives of their school. Members have a fundamental responsibility to play a leadership role in building teamwork and helping the players to be exceptional. They are expected to maintain a higher standard of behavior both in academics, on the campus, and in their classrooms.
