The band also uses CHARMS, which allows parents to access pertinent band account information; directly sign-up for volunteer opportunities; update personal profile information; receive invoices and statement balances as well as e-mail and text communications.  

CHARMSalso has a full range of band management features such as the ability to print music, plan field trips and much, much more.

New students select Enter;  Parents/Students/Members; then enter school code: ShilohHSBand; and their Gwinnett County student ID number. Your ID is both your log-in and password. Once logged in, please update your profile - particularly add your cell phone carrier in order to receive text messages.

Be sure to "SYNC" your smartphone to the calendar to remain up-to-date with any changes as they occur.


All returning students should log-in using your school code and your student ID number to keep your profile updated.
