National Honor Society
The NHS emphasizes leadership and service, and members use their leadership experience to contribute to the society. The NHS defines service as stepping outside oneself to meet the needs of others, which can be driven by a passion for a cause, empathy for others, or personal circumstances. For example, everyday service can include voluntarily fulfilling a need, taking care of family members, or working part-time to help with family finances. On average, each NHS chapter contributes 1,000 hours of community service. Affiliations: NHS and NASP

Peace Leadership Academy for Youth (PLAY)
Vision Statement: Our vision is to advance global peace, cultivate a culture of profound understanding and tolerance by embedding the principles of peace, respect, and leadership into the fabric of education. The Peace Leadership Academy for Youth (PLAY) Club, an HWPL Georgia Education Program aims to create a legacy of harmony and positive change in all of Georgia’s schools and communities. We aim to spread a culture of peace to transition from a Peach State to a Peace State through peace education programs. Mission Statement: The mission of PLAY is to instill an innate yearning for peace, fostering an environment where the principles of coexistence, mutual respect, and understanding are universally embraced by all within the halls of Shiloh High school. Through these endeavors, PLAY seeks to cultivate a generation of young leaders dedicated to violence prevention, conflict resolution, non-violent communication to cultivate a culture of profound understanding and tolerance. Acquire violence prevention, conflict management, mental health coping skills and tools through the channels of community services, school partnerships, and engaging youth activities that promote and spread a culture of peace. The efforts are to create a world where the natural inclination towards peace emanates from within every individual, fostering a harmonious and interconnected school and local community. Rho Kappa Social Studies Honor Society
Rho Kappa Social Studies Honor Society is the only national organization that recognizes excellence in the field of Social Studies at the high school level. It was established by the National Council for the Social Studies (NCSS). The society aims to promote scholarship and interest in Social Studies among high school students. Members are typically selected based on their academic performance, character, and involvement in Social Studies-related activities. Rho Kappa chapters often participate in community service projects, academic competitions, and other activities that foster a deeper understanding of history, government, geography, and other social sciences.

Shiloh DECA
DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) is an association of marketing students that encourages the development of business and leadership skills through academic conferences and competitions. What does the DECA organization do? DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. How does DECA work in a high school? DECA's flagship evaluation process involves students in both a written component such as an exam or report and an interactive component with an industry professional serving as a judge. DECA's competitive events directly contribute to every student being college and career ready when they graduate from high school. Who can join Shiloh DECA? DECA is open to every student wanting to grow their leadership skills, travel and experience the difference DECA can make in their life.
