Withdrawal Information

We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy to use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child. Once you complete the online withdrawal form, email to DuluthHSCounseling@gcpsk12.org.

Directions to complete the Withdrawal Form:

• Click on the 'GCPS High School Withdrawal Form' link below and download the form to your device
• Open the downloaded form with an Adobe application
• Fill out the form and save
• Attach the withdrawal form to your email to DuluthHSCounseling@gcpsk12.org

If you do not have access to an Adobe application or you would like to complete a paper copy of this form, please contact the counseling office at 770-232-3322.

NOTE: Students must return all textbooks, Media Center books, uniforms, and clear all fines before any withdrawal records will be released. A parent/guardian signature is required before a student (under the age of 18) can withdraw from Duluth High School.
