  • Kindergarten Registration
    If your child will be five years old on or before September 1, 2024, you can register the child for kindergarten.

    Step 1: Complete your child’s Online Registration.  Upload all your documents. Click SUBMIT when you are finished.

    Step 2: Come to Shiloh Elementary to complete registration. If there are any required documents that you have not already uploaded, you will need to bring in those required documents. We will assist you with uploading the remaining documents at the school.

    Step 3: Bring your child with you when you come (April 17th or May 3rd ONLY).  He/She will need to complete a Kindergarten Readiness Entry Profile.We are excited to have you join the Shiloh family!

  • New Student Registration

    Online Registration Step 1: Complete your child’s Online Registration.

    Step 2: Come to Shiloh Elementary to complete registration. If there are any required documents that you have not already uploaded, you will need to bring in those documents. We will assist you with uploading the remaining documents at the school.

    Required Documents for your appointment:
    1) Current Certificate of Immunization (GA form 3231) – must be on the GA form.
    2) Hearing/Vision/Dental/Nutrition (GA form 3300) 
    3) Birth Certificate of the child you are enrolling - Does it match the enrolling parent's ID?  If not: you must provide a marriage certificate OR a divorce decree OR a court-ordered proof of guardianship.
    4) Enrolling Parent ID or Guardian ID
    5) Student Social Security Card
    6) Proof of Residency - TWO documents are required – one from List A AND one from List B.  Both of these documents must be in the name of the parent (or the person you are living with if you are completing a Residency Affidavit).

    List A (choose one): mortgage statement, current lease/rental agreement, current residential property tax statement, current warranty or quitclaim deed, current home purchase agreement, current homeowner’s insurance policy, non-contingent sales contract

    List B (choose one): a current utility bill (water or electric ONLY) - we can not accept a phone, gas or cable bill

    *** If you are living with someone, you and the person you are living with will need to complete a Residency Affidavit and have it notarized. You and the person you are living with will BOTH need to come to the school in order to complete your child's registration.  At that time, the registrar will make a copy of both your ID and the ID of the person you are living with, along with one document from List A and one document from List B.

    Step 3: Visit www.mypaymentsplus.com to set up your online account for your child’s lunches, field trip payments, school contributions, sign Title I documents, etc.

    Step 4: If applicable, complete an online application for free/reduced meals

     

     Current students who are planning to return to Shiloh ES next school year do not need to complete online registration.
