    Please note PTA items are no longer available for purchase on My Payments Plus.  We have included all our forms, store links, and options here for you to purchase and support our PTA.

    Please complete the form (include payment) and return to the school marked “Attn: PTA.”  The PTA Items Purchase Form has all of our items on one page or you can choose to purchase items separately by clicking on the other forms.

    PTA Items Form: This form includes all of our items including a special Back to School Bundle deal that expires on 8/31.  Check it out...you don’t want to miss this deal! 

    PTA Membership Form: Annual membership is $8 each for parents, students, and other community members.  Your membership helps the PTA fund fun programs for our school. 

    Yearbook & Name Plate Form: Yearbooks are $33 each and capture all the BES fun throughout the year.  Name plates for 5th grade students only are $6 each. The yearbook is not complete without pictures of your kiddos participating in all the fun.  Please send us pictures at burnetteptayearbook@gmail.com

    Spirit Wear: Be a proud lion and order your Burnette Elementary School gear.  Orders will be pulled on the 15th and 1st of each month.  Please allow 10 business days from the 15th and 1st of each month for items to be ordered and fulfilled.  Orders will be sent to school and students will receive it from their homeroom teacher.
