Welcome, Tigers! My name is Nashell Ayres, and I will serve as the Lead Counselor focusing on school-wide programs. This is my 25th year in education, with 21 of those years as a middle school counselor. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Master's degree in School Counseling from North Carolina Central University. I earned my Educational Specialist degree in Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University. 

I am so grateful to be a part of the greatest middle school in the nation and look forward to supporting students in their academic, career, and personal/social development. Let's all work together to make this the best year ever!
