    Online Registration: Part 1


    We are excited that your student will be attending Lanier Middle School.  For the upcoming school year, our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online registration system that will allow you to complete many of the forms required for registering your child. You also will need to bring certain documents to the school to complete the registration process. See VERIFICATION Part 2.

    • When completing the OLR please be sure to read all instructions.  Caveat: While completing the address section of the form, please use Buford as the City as using Sugar Hill will result in an error

    Verification | Part 2

    You must come into the front office and meet with our Registrar in order to complete your student's registration process. 

    WHAT TO BRING WHEN YOU COME TO LANIER MIDDLE SCHOOL TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION

    • An official document showing proof of birth date
    • Proof of residency in attendance zone
    • A Georgia certificate of immunization
    • Evidence of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening
    • A photo ID
    • Proof of custody/guardianship
    • The child’s social security number
     

  • My Payments Plus

    Every year all parents are required to access My Payments Plus (MPP) in order to complete the acknowledgment forms that complete the student registration process.  This is a requirement regardless of the student being new to the cluster or a returning student within the cluster.  Click here if you need assistance with how you access these forms.  My Payments Plus is your avenue for viewing/printing documents required for the first day of school, making payments for various fees/activities/lockers/parking applications and also placing funds into your student's meal account.  All parents are asked to visit My Payments Plus to make sure your child is registered and ready for the first day of school.  The "Go Live" date for MPP is July 20th.

    Students who are new to GCPS will not be immediately available in MPP. 
    It takes 1-2 days for     newly registered students to propagate from the student system to MPP.

    Visit our homepage and scroll down to "Let's Be Social"so that you can stay current on all information and activities throughout the year.  It is very important to select at least one of these tools so that you will notified of important recognition, dates and activities.  It is also strongly suggested that you opt in for School Messenger email messages under the parent tab so that if the need arises you can receive timely updates from the school.
