The GCPS Parent Portal

 1. If you have forgotten your password, please do not contact the school.  Click on the link that indicates you have forgotten your password and it will send you a new, temporary password which you can change once you log in to Parent Portal successfully.

2.  Rising 6th grade parents.  Your parent portal account from Jackson ES is all you need.  You do NOT need to apply for another one, please keep using the one you have.

 3.  Parents, you can update information (doctors, emergency contacts, email adresses, etc.) about your child through the parent portal at any time. 

 4.  Don’t have a parent portal account yet?  Pick up a registration form from the front office to fill out and return, along with your ID. Once we enter your credentials, you will receive an email from the District Office with the token you will need to create your account.
