A leader’s personal network is his or her emotional fuel. Leaders need people in their lives who don’t take from them, but who replenish them.
Never Lead on Empty:
- Ego is a person's sense of self-esteem or self-importance
- Some people lead because they are lonely
- Some lead because they need encouragement
- Never lead out of need.
