    • New Student Registration Information

      Appointments are required for registration starting January 13, 2025

      Please bring all required documents, as missing documents may delay student enrollment. 

      Students new to GCPS must have completed the online registration form.

      Registration Process

      Please make sure you have completed all the necessary forms and have all the required documents before scheduling an appointment.  Failure to bring all required documents may result in delayed student registration. We encourage the enrolling parent/guardian to email or upload enrollment documents prior to your registration appointment to expedite the registration process.

      New to Gwinnett County Public Schools

      1. If this is your first time enrolling online with Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) you will need to create a new account. An email will be sent to you with your login information. (See below for instructions)

      2. Complete online registration on the Parent Portal website using the account information sent to your email.  Click here to access the Parent Portal website to log in
      3. Gather all required documents and upload to your online registration account or bring to your appointment. (See below for required documents) 
      4. Schedule an appointment at Shiloh High School. Please schedule an appointment for each student if you are enrolling more than one.   Please click here to schedule an appointment.

      Previously Enrolled/Returning to Gwinnett County Public Schools:

      1. Complete online registration on the Parent Portal website using the account information sent to your email.  Click here to access the Parent Portal website to log in
        1. If your address has changed, please send your updated residency documents to esther.e.cade@gcpsk12.org.  We will then update your address to allow online registration.  Please allow 24 hours for your address to update.  Please see the GCPS required registration documents below.
      2. Gather all the required documents. We encourage the enrolling parent/guardian to upload enrollment documents prior to your registration appointment to expedite the registration process.  (See below for required documents).
      3. Schedule an appointment at Shiloh High School. Please schedule an appointment for each student if you are enrolling more than one.   Please click here to schedule an appointment.  

      Entering from outside the United States:

      1. Contact the International Newcomer Center (INC) at (678) 985-5200
      2. If this is your first time enrolling online with Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) you will need to create a new account. An email will be sent to you with your login information. (See below for instructions)

    • * Please note that failure to produce the required documents can result in delaying registration and start date for your student. If withdrawing school does not provide you with all documents (transcript/withdrawal grades, attendance, discipline) you will need to come by Shiloh High School and sign a release for records form. We can then fax a records request to the previous school. Please note that we require one day to request these records.

       

      * If your student receives Special Education Services please contact Jasmine Clay - (Jasmine.Clay@gcpsk12.org) prior to scheduling an appointment.  All documents must be presented at registration or prior in order to ensure the student is scheduled properly.

    Records Request Information

    • We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child.

      Once you complete and submit the online withdrawal form, you will be contacted by a school representative to verify your id and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal if needed for your child.

  • Transcript Requests

    Transcript Requests

    • If you are requesting a transcript for a post-secondary institution located in Georgia, please submit a request through the students' GAFutures account on GA Futures website

      If you need to request school records, please complete a records request form and email the completed form to the registrar, at esther.e.cade@gcpsk12.org. A $5.00 payment is required for each request and should be paid on My Payments Plus.  Requests are processed within 48 hours.
