Early Checkout Procedures

  • For the safety of all of our students, we have procedures which must be followed for early checkout.  

    • All checkouts should occur with a person listed as authorized by the parent as either parent/guardians or emergency contacts. 

    • If anyone other than a parent/guardian/emergency contact wishes to take a student from school, the child must bring a signed note to the teacher in the morning from the parent stating who will be picking up the student.  Please instruct the person you are authorizing to bring a photo ID. 

    • All students must be signed out in the office where they will meet the parent or other authorized person. 

    • Please be prepared to show a picture ID when entering the school.  

    • If restrictions exist concerning individuals who may pick-up your student please notify the school in WRITING.  Please keep your parent portal account updated with emergency contacts.

    • If your student needs to leave early, please pick him/her up by 2:45 p.m.  After 2:45 p.m, the students should go home their normal way.
