This is your opportunity to express an interest in which courses you’d like to take next year!You will choose up to 6 different courses. Considering you will be scheduled for up to 4 for your 8th grade school year, choosing 6 will provide a better chance of you getting a course that interests you.
Not all courses may be offered and not all selected choices may be assigned.
** Please keep in mind that student schedules are not finalized until August 2024. Final course placements will not be available until that time. **Spanish and French for next year is reserved for only those who have taken Spanish or French this year in 7th grade. Students currently taking Spanish or French will need to make this their choice #1.
If you are in a fine arts course, (band, orchestra, or chorus) and you wish to continue, then you will need to select your fine arts course.
If you and your fine arts teacher have discussed taking a fine arts course on A Day and B Day next year, you will need to select that as your choice #1 and choice #2. If you have already made Spanish your choice #1, then you will need to make your double fine arts class choices #2 and #3.You will notice that there are several courses that require students to meet certain criteria (Engineering and Business). Only students who have met the criteria, received a letter, and completed the application may select these courses. If you applied for one or more of these courses, you will need to indicate your choice in order of preference below.
