    Our 1st Match: Match 2, #3 North (Osborne) vs #4 South (Five Forks) on Court 2 at 8:30 AM
    On a loss: our next match: Loser of Match 2 will play Loser of Match 3 on Court 2 at 10:30 AM. All 4 teams are finished.
    On a win: our next match: (e) Match 9, Winner Match 2 vs #1(Pickneyville) West on Court 1 at 12:30 PM  

    Official Schedule
    (a) Match 1, #2 South vs #4 West on Court 1 at 8:30 AM and Match 2, #3 North vs #4 South on Court 2 at 8:30 AM.
    (b) Match 3, #4 North vs #3 West on Court 1 at 9:30 AM and Match 4, #2 West vs #3 South on Court 2 at 9:30 AM.
    (c) Match 5, Loser of Match 1 will play Loser of Match 4 on Court 1 at 10:30 AM and Match 6, Loser of Match 2 will play Loser of Match 3 on Court 2 at 10:30 AM. All 4 teams are finished.
    (d) Match 7, Winner of Match 1 vs #1 North on Court 1 at 11:30 AM and Match 8, Winner of Match 4 vs #1 South on Court 2 at 11:30 AM.
    (e) Match 9, Winner Match 2 vs #1 West on Court 1 at 12:30 PM and Match 10, Winner Match 3 vs #2 North on Court 2 at 12:30 PM.
    (f) Match 11, Winner Match 7 vs Winner Match 8 on Court 1 at 1:30 PM and Match 12, Winner Match 9 vs Winner Match 10 on Court 2 at 1:30 PM

    PHYSICAL UPLOADED TO RANK-ONE AND ALL FORMS COMPLETED ON RANK ONE

    STUDENT MUST TURN GREEN TO BE ELIGIBLE

    Please follow these instructions to establish a Rank One account and submit all necessary paperwork for sports tryouts and membership.

    Then follow these steps:

      1. First, click here to create a Rank One parent account.
      2. Second, fill out the patient information and health history portions of the online GHSA Physical Form and print it. (See links to the form below.)
      3. Bring the partially completed printed form to your physical appointment for the doctor to complete the rest. 
      4. Once the form has been completed by a doctor, scan and upload it to your Rank One account.
      5. Once Physical is completed, upload it to Rank One as page 1.
