  • DIRECTIONS

    1. Review the presentation slideshow with your parents before completing the application.  
    2. Students will sign up during their Connection classes the week of February 26. 
    3. Students currently enrolled in Band, Chorus, Orchestra, Dance, and DLI are automatically enrolled in these courses for the next school year.
    4. All applications are due March 1, 2024.
    5. If you complete more than one form, we will use the form you finished last as your final form.
