Purpose/Mission. The vision of our club is to enrich the environment of future women in medicine and provide a community where guidance and support are plentiful. As I observe the people around me, there is often confusion about entering the medical field due to the broad variety of careers and how to demonstrate one’s passion to enter this domain. And having a community that can both provide gender empowerment and confidence in the medical field is an absolute necessity. This applies even further as the medical field is still considered a male-dominated industry, and there is high competition. In order to resolve these obstacles, we are providing them an opportunity to receive guidance and events that may inspire them to further and discover their medical passion.
