• Mise en Place: Gathering ingredients
• Breakfast Lab: Flip-Flap Flapjacks

• Making pizza dough (for Friday)
• Making a cheese sauce for Mac and Cheese

• Make pizza sauce
• Assemble and bake pizza
• Pack up leftovers in pizza boxes and take hat/aprons home.
