Announcements

  • Welcome Class of 2025!

    • All seniors should signup for and complete their senior portrait sitting with Cady studios by December 16.  Book your appointment early so you can find a time that is most convenient for you!  Go to www.cady.com/schedule to sign up for a sitting. See FAQ and Class Information below for more details and instructions on how to select the $29 basic package if you are not interested in additional options. 
    • Senior Dues are $150. You can pay starting July 8; they will be due by January 31.  See below for more info. 
    • Senior ads for the yearbook can be purchased through Sunday, December 1. See THIS FLYER for more information!
    • Yearbooks can be purchased HERE. The price is currently $80 and will increase to $85 on 1/1/25.  
    • Graduation will be held in the Exhibit Halls at Gas South District on Thursday, May 22 at 6:00pm. Additional details will be provided as they are available. GCPS GRADUATION SCHEDULE

  • Graduation 2025

    • Graduation will be held on Thursday, May 22 at 6:00pm in the Exhibit Halls at Gas South District.
    • The graduation schedule for all GCPS high schools can be found HERE.
    • Specific details and information will be shared by the end of April. 
    • As of now, expect to receive eight guest tickets. That number could increase to nine depending on the final number of graduates and the seating arrangement. 

  • Senior Dues

    • The cost for senior dues will be $150
    • The Deadline for Payment will be January 31, 2025
    • After the deadline, the fee will increase by $25
    • Dues cover senior activities that are held throughout the year, as well as costs related to graduation (cap/gown, diploma/diploma cover, cords, the graduation ceremony, etc.).
    • Dues can be paid by credit card online at www.scholasticimages.com. 
    • A representative from Scholastic images will be in the cafeteria during both lunches on the following dates.  You may pay by cash or check at this time.
      • 8/14, 9/11,10/9, 11/13, 1/8, 2/12, 3/12
    • Refunds will not be given to students who fail to meet graduation requirements or transfer out of GSMST after dues are paid.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT:

    1. Go to www.scholasticimages.com 
    2. Select GSMST from the dropdown menu and click “Submit”. 
    3. Click “Senior Dues: Cap & Gown”.  
    4. There are three packages from which to choose.  Package A covers GSMST dues with no additional products.  Packages B and C include additional products from Scholastic Images.
    5. Identify the package you prefer and click "View Package". 
    6. Input Height, Weight, and Gender.  Click “Add to Cart”.  
    7. Proceed to Checkout or Continue Shopping.

  • Senior Portraits (Class of 2025)

    • Go to www.cady.com/schedule to sign up for a sitting starting May 1. 
    • Your formal picture will be featured in the yearbook.  The basic sitting fee/package will cost $29, but you may select additional packages with a variety of pictures. 
    • Slots fill up quickly! Seniors who schedule a sitting on or before December 16 will be featured in the yearbook. Pictures taken after December 16 may not be included. 
    Go to www.cady.com/schedule to sign up for a sitting. 
    Your formal picture will be featured in the yearbook.  The basic sitting fee/package will cost $29, but you may select additional packages with a variety of pictures. 
    Here is how to navigate the Cady site to access the basic sitting ($29): 
    1. Go to www.cady.com
    2. Go to the dropdown menu “SENIORS” at the top of the page, and select “SCHEDULE MY PHOTOS”.
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. A black button that says “Schedule Now” will appear. Click that button.
    4. Type “Gwinnett” into the search box that appears, and click “Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology  Lawrenceville, GA”.
    5. Click “OK, let’s go!”
    6. On the next page, select TWO Studio Scene options.
    7. Click “Continue to Sessions” at the bottom of the page.
    8. On the next page, scroll down through the Elite Options.  Continue scrolling to the Most Popular options. At the bottom, you will see Simple.  Click the button under Simple that says “Select. . . as low as $29”.  The button will turn pink. At the bottom of the page, click “Continue to Finalize”.
    9. A box that says “Enhance Your Experience” will appear. Click “No Thank You”.
    10. If on the next screen, if you are asked to “Upgrade Your Session”, click “No Thanks”.  
    11. Click “Continue to Options” at the bottom of the page.
    12. Scroll to the bottom of the page.  You will see a pink button that says “Add B&W Proofs”. This option costs an additional $4.99 and is automatically added. If you don’t want B&W Proofs, click “No Thank You”. If you don’t deselect this option, $4.99 will be added to the $29.00 basic fee.
    13. Click “Continue to Schedule”.
    14. Select a location/date/time that works best for you.  Click “Continue to Checkout”. Note, an additional $10 may be charged for weekend sittings.
    15. Click “Continue to Checkout”.
    16. Select “No Thank You” for the option to add Digital Downloads.
    17. Click “Continue to Summary”.
    18. On the next page, you will see a pink button that says “Added to Cart” under Artist Touch. This is a $19 add on that has automatically been selected. Click “No Thank You” to remove this add on.
    19. Scroll down. Your total should be $29.00.  Select “Create an Account” or “Login” if you have an account to finalize your order and pay.
