Mrs. Greco, our Theater Arts teacher, is excited about having a club focused on drama and dance! We will work collaboratively with Mr. Barker’s chorus club for performances at Riverside. Our goal is to present a musical in the Spring, and we will also have a program with dance and drama at our December PTA meeting. This club is facilitated by Mrs. Genny Greco.

Some call this a Book Club. We call it Rocket Readers! This is not a “tea and crumpets” conversation about a “nice little book I read.” THIS IS WHERE READING MEETS BATTLE ROYALE! Book Club is an opportunity to join a team of readers who are willing to take on the challenge of reading at least one chapter book a week and be ready to exchange ideas. WE READ LIKE A ROCKET!
THIS CLUB MEETS ON WEDNESDAYS. This club is facilitated by Ms. Bartholomew, our Media Specialist.

  • Art Club

The Fitness Club will allow students to increase their strength and fitness levels. The students will work hard as they participate in warm-up activities, strength activities, fitness testing practice, running, and partner fitness and skill challenges. Each club session will incorporate running either in the gym or outside. The students will document their progress for the 8-week session. This will be a great opportunity for kids to have fun while keeping their bodies strong and healthy. Mr. Tontillo facilitates this club.
