Engage, Equip, Empower Series titled: “Empowering Conversations"

  • The Department of Federal Programs' Office of Family Engagement in partnership with the Student Services Department invites all families to join an Engage, Equip, Empower Series titled: “Empowering Conversations:  Let’s Discuss Youth Mental Health and Drug Abuse” on May 1, 2024, from 5:30 until 7:00 PM. This will be a virtual session via Zoom.

    GCPS families will receive powerful information from district and community leaders about the importance of mental health and drug abuse awareness. Families will also learn how they can find help and support for both concerns.

  • We're eagerly anticipating the arrival of our new kindergarten students for the 2024-25 school year!

    If your child will be five years old on or before September 1, 2024, it's time to register for kindergarten for the upcoming school year.

    Student registration for the 2024-25 school year opens on April 8, 2024.

    Start the registration process online and complete it with school staff, learn more about your student’s future at elementary school, and be entered into a drawing for cool learning prizes! Register early so your child can attend Rising K Academy, including summer transportation!
