Mrs. Lisa Rhodes, Principal

Mrs. Rhodes attended the University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Administration and Policy.  She also earned a Specialist degree from the University of West Georgia in Administration.  She began her career in Forsyth County Schools as a fifth-grade teacher.  She then moved to Gwinnett County where she taught 5th grade prior to becoming an Assistant Principal.  Mrs. Rhodes was an Assistant Principal for 9 years prior to becoming a Principal.  
 
She lives in Buford with her husband and two children.

Mrs. Angie Hoffman, Assistant Principal

Ms. Hoffman spent the beginning of her career as a 1st grade teacher in Gwinnett County Public Schools. She also opened Puckett’s Mill ES as a 5th grade teacher. With 21 years of teaching experience, she became an Assistant Principal at Puckett’s Mill ES. Ms. Hoffman is a graduate of Georgia State University who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She holds a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College. She also earned her Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership at Lincoln Memorial University.

She lives in Dacula, Georgia with her husband, Chris, and her cat Elsie.  She is honored to have four children who have graduated from Gwinnett County Public Schools.

Mrs. Kim Mitchell, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Mitchell spent the beginning of her career as a fifth grade teacher in DeKalb County Public Schools. She then moved to Gwinnett County Public Schools, where she has taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. With 22 years of teaching experience, she became an Assistant Principal at Puckett’s Mill ES. Mrs. Mitchell is a graduate of St. Paul's College. She earned her teaching certification from Brenau University, her Masters degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Georgia, and a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University.

She and her husband, Greg, have one daughter, who is a sophomore at the University of West Georgia.
