Important Information for Ms. Bailey:
- If your child needs medication at school, an adult must bring the medication to school and complete a form. Students MAY NOT carry their own medication at school and they may not bring it to the clinic themselves.
- The clinic can not administer any medications to students that are not brought by the parent with the necessary paperwork. This includes Tylenol, TUMS, Advil, allergy meds, etc.
- Students must be fever free (without medication) for 24 hours before returning to school.
- Students must be 24 hours from their last vomiting episode before returning to school.
