    Students wishing to participate in athletics MUST complete the Medical Form and submit information to RankOne prior to practice. Physicals and all appropriate documents for practice should be connected or linked to Rank One.

    Please read the instructions below carefully and note that you should do ALL RANK ONE ACCOUNT INFORMATION FIRST, and then take the HISTORY FORM to the Doctor to get your Physical Examination Form complete. For Rank One Instructions click HERE 
     
     
  • Attention all students interested in joining the basketball team! Please follow the steps below to ensure you're ready for the upcoming season:
     
    1. Registration: Complete the Google Form for basketball registration. Be sure to fill out all necessary information.
    2. Physicals: All athletes must have a current physical on file. Please complete your physical and upload it to RankOne as soon as possible.
    3. Tryout Dates:
      • October 15th, 16th, and 17th
      • Time: 4:45 PM – 6:15 PM
      • Location: School Gymnasium
     
    Make sure all paperwork and physicals are submitted before tryouts! We look forward to seeing you on the court!
