Returning students do not complete online registration.
Returning students are students who attended Gwin Oaks Elementary or any other GCPS school during the previous school year.
However, parents of returning students should sign into their MyPaymentsPlus account to sign off on the beginning of the year required documents. This should be done in July of every school year.
