5th grade recognition ads are limited and on a first come first serve basis at $30 for an eighth page. The ad is a SEPARATE cost from the yearbook, so please remember to purchase a yearbook.  Ad purchase deadline is Feb. 27th OR until ads sell out, whichever comes first. 

 

To purchase a 5th Grade ad, click "Create" under "Create a Dedication Ad". Click "Sign Up" to enter your email and create a login password. Click "New" where you see "2024-2025/$30 5th Grade Recognition Ad". You will see a dashboard with several ad design options. After you select the design you'd like, you will see two options at the top right. If you are not finished and would like to work on your ad later, please click the blue "Save Work in Progress" button. You may access your ad at any time by returning to our school store. If you have completed your ad, select the green "Finalize & Checkout" button to complete your ad purchase. You can NOT go back and edit your ad once you have purchased it.

 

Gwin Oaks releases a limited edition hardcover book every school year. The yearbook is a keepsake for your child to remember all of the fun they had during the current school year. Every student, teacher, and staff member who has their professional picture taken at school will have their portrait printed in the yearbook along with their name. Additionally, the yearbook includes school events, clubs, etc. Before school ends in May, each grade holds a yearbook signing event where students can collect signatures/short messages from everyone.

 

Gwin Oaks' yearbook cover is extra special! Our beloved art teacher, Mr. Fields, and his talented Art Club students custom design the cover every year.

 

Parents who purchase during the early bird sales promotion receive a discount on the yearbook. Once sales end in March, it is no longer possible to purchase a yearbook online. It is not guaranteed that the PTA will have any extra copies to sell after the yearbooks have been delivered to our school.

 

It is not possible to purchase a previous school year's yearbook. Yearbooks are only sold during the current school year.
