All students enrolling in Shiloh High School must have completed the online registration form. Please upload/bring all required documents, as missing documents may delay student enrollment. Computer and Cam scan access is available if you are unable to complete your online registration prior to attending your registration appointment.

Registration Process
Please make sure you have completed all of the necessary forms and have all of the required documents before scheduling an appointment. Failure to upload/bring all required documents may result in delayed student registration. We encourage the enrolling parent/guardian to email or upload enrollment documents prior to your registration appointment to expedite the registration process.

- If this is your first time enrolling online with Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) you will need to create a new account. An email will be sent to you with your login information. (See below for instructions)

Permissive Transfer Form
This form is for students wishing to attend another school outside of their attendance zone.

Registration Form for Student transfer from another GCPS School
This form is used for students transferring from another GCPS school.

Residency Affidavit
This form shall be completed for students seeking enrollment in Gwinnett County Public Schools, who live with their parents or legal guardians but reside in the home of another adult. Residency Affidavits should be resubmitted annually at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of each school year.

* Please note that failure to produce the required documents can result in delaying registration and start date for your student. If withdrawing school does not provide you with all documents (transcript/withdrawal grades, attendance, discipline) you will need to come by Shiloh High School and sign a release for records form. We can then fax a records request to the previous school. Please note that we require one day to request these records.
* If your student receives Special Education Services please contact Donna Hill - (donna.hill@gcpsk12.org) prior to scheduling an appointment. All documents must be presented at registration or prior in order to ensure the student is scheduled properly.
