Please contact the Student Data Management Clerk (SDMC) for any questions regarding registration, enrollment, or withdrawal. Registration occurs by appointment only from 9:00-11:00am for grades K-5.

Who needs to register? All incoming kindergarten students and all new students enrolling in Gwinnett County Public Schools.
· Please note that students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2024, to register for the kindergarten 2024-2025 school year!
· If you need help determining which school your child will attend, visit Find My School on the district website.

Change of Status Forms
Do current students need to register for 2024-25? Current GCPS students who are moving will need to complete a change of status form. Students who are currently enrolled in a school under one of the conditions below will need to renew their form:

DLI Registration
The 2024-2025 Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Kindergarten Application is now open and will close on May 10 at 3:00PM.

Withdrawal Process
New Online Withdrawal Process
We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child.
Click on THIS LINK and once you complete the form save it to your computer and upload it via email to Sharon.McKenzie@gcpsk12.org.
Once you have submitted the withdrawal form via email, you will be contacted by a school representative to verify your ID and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal if needed for your child.
