    Dance Parents,

     

    It was brought to my attention that my dance team would all need a physical to be able to participate. Please go to dragonflymax.com, click on the parent icon, register your child, and search for Bay Creek Middle School. All physicals need to be turned in by Friday, September 9th. That gives you two weeks to have it done. If your child does not receive a physical after two weeks, they will not be able to practice until it is done. If you already have a physical within a year, please upload all the documents to Dragonfly.
