Whether you are enrolling, moving within our cluster, or withdrawing from our school, we are happy to assist you with all of your registration needs.
-
Our registration hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 10:30am during the school year. Summer Registration is done by appointment only during the month of July. Registration days and hours may vary during high enrollment times.

AS THE ENROLLING PARENT/GUARDIAN, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

1. COMPLETE THE GWINNETT COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS ONLINE REGISTRATION2. UPLOAD AND SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS THROUGH YOUR PARENTVUE ACCOUNT.

An official document showing proof of birth date (Birth Certificate, Passport)
-
Proof that you live in attendance zone (Closing Disclosure, Lease Agreement, Property Tax Statement, Pay Stub PLUS a current gas, water or electric bill in the enrolling parents' name)

If living with a friend or relative, you will need to have a Residency Affidavit. This will need to be filled out and signed by the homeowner and MUST be notarized. The owner is required to be present with the enrolling parent at the time of registration and have proof of residency, a current ID showing the same address as the utility bill and proof of residence

A valid Georgia certificate of immunization (GA Form #3231)

Evidence of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (GA Form #3300-Rev. 2013)

A photo ID for adult registering the child

Proof of authorized person to enroll (Legal Guardianship papers if applicable)

Child's social security number (or you may decline to provide this information)

Report cards or official school transcript (current K-12 student)

Withdrawal form from previous school (current K-12 student)

Discipline records (students enrolling in grades 7-12)

3. ONCE ONLINE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN UPLOADED AND SUBMITTED, REGISTRATION CAN TAKE PLACE
