This is my 26th year at Sugar Hill Elementary School. Before becoming the Media Specialist, I taught kindergarten, second, and fourth grades. My favorite parts of being in the Media Center are helping students discover new interests in books, watching the confidence of reading grow in our students and finding ways to make their visits to the Media Center meaningful. It's a great year to be a Longhorn Reader!
Mrs. Glenda Teems - Media Clerk
This is my 29th year at Sugar Hill Elementary. I started out as a volunteer when my girls were students and then began subbing before becoming a full-time Sugar Hill family member. Before I became a media clerk, I worked in the computer lab, kindergarten, and special education as a paraprofessional. I love helping students connect with just the right book and hearing their excitement. We have the sweetest children!
